Cancer Comfort Caddies 2019
It’s 2019 and we are looking for sponsors and other volunteers to help with the 4th annual Cancer Comfort Caddies Campaign. Please see how you can help below.
Every year with the help of my friends, family, and clients I donate cancer comfort caddies to my local cancer clinic at the Strachan Regional Cancer Center at SouthLake Hospital in Newmarket, Ontario. The cancer centre is also home to a paediatric oncology clinic which is a satellite to Sick Kids Hospital in Toronto.
The caddies are delivered to the centre and then distributed to patrons undergoing treatments by nurses. It is a small random act of kindness to directly support, comfort, and cheer someone fighting cancer.
I have a team of consultants that also run campaigns for their local hospitals and am happy to direct you to the campaign most convenient for you. If you personally know someone undergoing treatments a friend, family member, etc. you can sponsor a caddy to give to the warrior in your life. Please contact me for details and to make arrangements.

Adding a handmade item to each caddy makes them extra special. I am planning on delivering the majority of the caddies in April. Please fill out the form below if you are interested in helping kit or crochet chemo caps.
3. Donate items to help fill the Caddies full of comfort items
Over the years I have found that some prefer to donate items to help fill the caddies with comfort items. If you are interested in donating comfort items please fill out the following form and indicate what you would like to donate.
Please don’t hesitate to contact me if you have any questions or would like to get involved. Thank-you for your interest in my Cancer Comfort Caddies Campaign.
